To ensure efficient and professional handling of service requests, IFS Audiovisueel uses a structured ticketing system. Each request is registered as an individual case and assigned a unique ticket number.

TICKET ELIGIBILITY
Ticket submission is available exclusively to partners with an active service agreement with IFS Audiovisueel. Requests are handled on a business-to-business basis.
When submitting a ticket, please have your company details available. This allows us to validate and route your request correctly within your service environment.
